Hey, I’m Tasha

I’m a brand strategist, graphic designer, world traveling, animal lover, recovering perfectionist, and I’ve 100% bought it because of the branding (IFYKYK). 

I founded Form & Flow Studio because I believe that running a business should be a blend of personal and professional. Of finding each of our unique balance of feelings and tactics.

If I can help heartfelt brands show up in a way that makes them proud and connects them with their people I will die happy.

It's more than just looking good, it’s building purposeful connections and standing out as your own unique self. There isn't much more powerful than being seen and loved for who you truly are, and that's what good branding does for your business.

Living intentionally:

We believe in purposely creating space for the things that matter. We're strategic with our time and the life we create, but that's also how we do business. Creating space for strategy and thoughtfulness, instead of reactionary.

Follow your joy:

Business and life both can be overwhelming. It can be easy to get caught up in what we're 'supposed' to do. It's important to follow the fun. Life is a wild ride, and we need to enjoy it. Business is no exception. We spend so much time working, so it has to be fun.
